Girls Golf members are committed to playing golf with the following values in mind:
Speak truthfully and live your truth.
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Replace divots, rake bunkers, and repair ball marks so you leave the course better than you found it, as you should the world.
Practice good sportsmanship - club throwing, swearing, cheating, and littering are not acceptable.
Always thank your supporters, including your host golf professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
Any girl in grades 2-12 is welcome to join the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of Coronado. Whether you've played golf before or not, there's a place for you in the program. Membership is limited to 70 girls, so it is important to register early on. Because space is limited and in order to get value out of the program, we ask that applicants be prepared to participate to their fullest:
Know when events are schedules. Please make sure you have a copy of the schedule at home to remind yourselves. The schedule will be in your directory.
Arrive BEFORE the event begins. Please let us know otherwise by phone or email.
Be true to your word. Be at an event if you have signed up for the event.
Participate fully. The time we are together is short. If you want to improve your golf, you will take full advantage of the time.
Leave any attitudes in the parking lot.
Wear neatly pressed slacks or shorts - NO BLUE JEANS OR DENIM. Shirts will have a collar and/or sleeves.
Always follow the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Code of Ethics.

FEES
The Girls Golf membership fee for events and materials is $125*. Eagles and Future Stars (the two advanced levels) have two fee options this season . . . a fee that includes $240 for unlimited play on Coronado Golf Course (including non-Girls Golf play) through December 2008 or a fee that includes $130 for Girls Golf play only, through the final 2008 event. This amount is added to the normal $125 registration fee. Unlimited play ticket holders will be issued a plastic photo ID/players card. This fee structure will hopefully have two effects: allow us to meet golf course policy in a simple way AND motivate member girls to play more often (having prepaid their fees). More frequent play will result in bettering of skills.
Please note that Eagles and Future Stars have an optional skills clinic on the Sunday prior to the first several Monday Events.
*Financial aid available for those who express need.
